2012 Novak Off Road Race at the new Hobbyplex facilities
Caster's first win of the 2012 season at the 2012 Novak Off Road Race at the new Hobbyplex facilities.
Over the weekend of the 6th of January, Hobbyplex had the first annual Novak Shootout at their new facilities in Omaha Nebraska. Bob Novak was in attendance and even helped marshall at the new facilities. The big news for Caster Racing was that David Alberico of St Louis drove 450 miles to attend and debut his new Caster Racing S10B at it's first big race. David was Caster's team manager in 2009 and decided to come back for the 2012 season. He started the season off with a bang with the tq and win of the electric mod 4wd buggy class.
David said "I had been testing the car in St Louis and I felt it was a really solid performer. I could definitely see the improvements made in the Caster brand during my absence and I was excited to see how I could do with it. I did pretty good and I squeaked out a win for us after TQing for the day."
Mike Mazza said "I was actually surprised that David pulled it off that quickly. He literally had no time with the car in my opinion, but he got the job done for us and he swears the car will be faster with some more stick time. I guess plan on seeing more wins for Caster this year, especially considering Rick Jenkins has really stepped it up as our team manager for 2012. We still do not have any Tebo's or Maifield's on our team, but we have fast local guys that can podium at some of the bigger races this year."

Polish Cup 2011
Grzegorz Kopertowski won the Off-road Polish Cup 2011 in ET-8 Buggy. It was one of the largest and most important event in Poland. Due to rain, on Saturday were played only three rounds of qualifications in each class. Grzegorz with his EX1.5R PRO took TQ in front of Marcin Śliwerski in 2nd and Szymon Madziara in 3rd. In the first A-main on Sunday Grzegorz made a small mistake on the first lap and dropped to last position but further flawless ride allowed him to win first leg. After first round of finals track was loose and bumpy so Grzegorz changed springs in his Caster but it didn`t bring the expected results. Second A-main won Marcin in front of Grzegorz. The third A-main was again successful for Grzegorz who returned to previous setup and won last leg.

Moravia Championship EP 1:10 cars in the CZ
10th outdoor race of Moravia Championship EP 1:10 cars
was in the Czech republic 13.9.2011 in Rychvald city.
This race was very interesting and exciting.
Tomas Jedlicka gained 8th place in A-final and junior Karel Becicka took
3rd place in B-final. Both racers use successful chassis Caster Racing
Fusion SK-10.
